Delightful villa in vast terraced grounds. Overlooking the town of Draguignan and offering superb views. Shops 1000m. Gorges du Verdon 55 km, 60 km from Cannes and 50 km from St Tropez.Situated between the St Tropez Gulf and the Verdon, Draguignan is the capital of Dracénie. Located north of the A8 motorway and of the N7, 60 km from Cannes and 50 km from St Tropez. The town lies amidst vineyards and green hills, and has preserved many of its historic buildings. With its lovely avenues lined with plane trees, pedestrian streets bordered by old houses and its numerous squares with pretty fountains, Draguignan has many Provencal charms.
Environment : Up on a hill, north of the town centre. Peaceful residential setting without being isolated.

Flayosc. 10 km. Pretty town with typical Provencal streets and great views from the church out across the vineyards.
Lorgues. 15 km . Small and very pleasant medieval town with a maze of old streets, open squares and fountains, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
Tourtour. 20 km. Also called the village in the sky. Medieval hilltop village with plenty of narrow streets lined with very picturesque Provencal houses.
Salernes. 25 km. Medieval town built around its castle, in a picturesque setting in the valley of the Bresque river. Best known for its tradition of tile making, especially for the trademark terracotta hexagonal floor tiles of Provence.

Le Jardin de César et Léonie, Le Muy. 15 km. Horse riding, Tree top adventure park. For great thrills in all security, up to 12m in height. Different trails for all abilities and ages and a lovely way to discover the forest. Also pony and horse rides available. At Les Folies de Léonie, there is free access to a giant playground under parents’ supervision.
Golf de St Endréol, La Motte. 20 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 72 - 6219m. In a stunning, sun-drenched natural setting, a spectacular and internationally renowned course offering splendid views over the river Endre.
Provence Aventure, Vidauban. 20 km. Tree top adventure park. A beautiful setting, in the heart of an oak forest, on the banks of the Argens River. Different trails for the whole family (from the age of 3) according to ages and abilities including for the fearless ones a 200m-long zip line crossing the Argens river. A refreshing experience!
Aqualand, Fréjus. 30 km. Waterpark. Fantastic waterpark with a great number of water rides for the whole family, including the largest wave pool in Europe and the huge Twin-Twister water slide. Not for the faint hearted!

Fréjus. 30 km. Seaside resort, ancient military port and Roman city, with a rich and impressive historical and architectural heritage. Some stunning scattered Roman remains can still be seen including one of the largest amphitheatres from Gallic times and a Roman theatre still in use for summer events.
Aups. 35 km. Pretty Provencal hill top village overlooked by the remains of its medieval castle. Its weekly markets are famous including its winter truffle markets.
St Tropez. 50 km. Authentic fishing village but also trendy and glamorous seaside resort and favourite holiday spot for the rich and famous. Fantastic night life, exquisite restaurants, chic boutiques, delightful old quarters, glorious beaches including the famous 5 km-long Plage de Pampelonne.
